David Jones set up Workguide in 2024 aiming to combine his experience advising on employment rights with practical advice on navigating neurodiversity in the workplace.
During his career David previously worked at leading national law firms with highly ranked employment law teams.
David’s interest in neurodiversity developed after he received his own Autism diagnosis in 2019.
Having been through the experience of an adult diagnosis, David understands many of the challenges people go through after they receive a diagnosis and start discussions with their employer about neurodiversity at work.
